SHAREWARE MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
----------------------------------------------
Software Vision Corporation is the sole copyright holder of EnVision
Publisher, and it reserves all rights to the program. However, the shareware
version of EnVision Publisher may be distributed, as long as the following
restrictions are observed:
1. EnVision Publisher must be distributed in its entirety and without any
modifications.
2. Anybody distributing EnVision Publisher must disclose the following
points in their literature or on the package:
a. The cost paid for the evaluation shareware disks is to cover

not cover the cost of the software.
b. Additional payment to the software publisher (author) is
required if the user continues to use a shareware program
beyond the evaluation period.
3. Any entity (disk vendors, rack vendors, BBS's, etc.) already
distributing older versions of EnVision Publisher must replace the
old version in their library with the new version (whether acquired
directly from Software Vision, or through a different channel) within

NOTE TO DISK VENDORS
--------------------
If you wish to include EnVision Publisher in your catalog, and would like a
picture of the screen, we can provide you with several bit-mapped screen
images in PCX or TIFF format. Alternatively, feel free to produce your own
screen images directly from the program.
EnVision Publisher comes on two disks, and it includes an INSTALL program.
If you did NOT receive your disks directly from us, please ensure that you
have all the files. The files that make up EnVision Publisher are listed at
the end of this file. The INSTALL program looks for two files: EVP200A.EXE
and EVP200B.EXE, which are self-extracting compressed files. See below.

NOTE TO BBS OPERATORS
---------------------
If you are a BBS operator, please review the "EnVision Publisher Disk
Contents" section below to ensure that you have all the files.
Please post EnVision Publisher with the following keywords:
ENVISION PUBLISHING DTP TYPESETTING LAYOUT PRINT FONT SHAREWARE ASP
We recommend that you archive all the files on disk 1 (see below) in a
file called EVP200A.*, and all the files on disk 2 (see below) in a file
called EVP200B.*, where the "*" stands for (ZIP, ARC, LZH, EXE, etc.).
However, before you do this you should expand the two self-extracting
files EVP200A.* and EVP200B.* described below (please note that the
BBS EVP200A and EVP200B files are not the same as the vendor EVP200A.EXE
and EVP200B.EXE described in the "EnVision Publisher Disk Contents" below,
because that the BBS files contain all the vendor files, including the
INSTALL and the READ-ME files.)
............................................................................
NOTE TO CD-ROM VENDORS
----------------------
If you wish to put EnVision Publisher on a CD-ROM in uncompressed format so
that the user can run it from the CD-ROM drive, you will have to modify the
file EVP2.INI to tell EnVision to create its temporary swap files to a
writeable hard drive (usually drive C:). Please see file EVP2.INI for
information on how to do this. Make sure that you test the program by
opening an existing document and adding new pages to ensure that your
specified path works properly.

What reviewers have said about EnVision Publisher
.................................................
"If you're looking to assemble a newsletter, publication, or
other similar document, this is the best piece of shareware
for the task. You'd do well to give EnVision Publisher a spin."
Preston Gralla
COMPUTER SHOPPER, April 1993 issue.
"EnVision Publisher is a real desktop publishing system, not a toy."
Hardin Brothers
DOS Resource Guide, March 1994 issue.
"This is an excellent program that's full of features that simply
haven't been available in Shareware until now. Because of the
programs' excellence, I'm giving it the Shareware Magazine
Editor's Choice Award."
Michael E. Callahan (a.k.a. Dr. File Finder)
SHAREWARE MAGAZINE, Nov/Dec 1992 issue
"There are few layouts that you could not create with EnVision
Publisher. One way or another, this program gives you the tools
to place text and graphics anywhere on your page with all the
styling options most of us will ever need, and that's what
desktop publishing is all about."
Steven Enzer
SHAREWARE UPDATE MAGAZINE, October 1992 issue.
In 1993 EnVision Publisher also received three prestigious SIA
(Shareware Industry Awards):
- Best Application Software of 11 Years

ENVISION PUBLISHER DISK CONTENTS
--------------------------------
If you did NOT obtain your copy of EnVision Publisher directly from us,
please check to see that the files on your disks are as listed below. If
they are not, please contact us so you can obtain the proper disks (also,
please tell us from where you obtained the disks, so we can supply your
source with the proper disks as well).
The disk vendor version of EnVision Publisher comes on 2 (two) 360k disks.
NOTE: EnVision Publisher will NOT run if ANY files are missing. You must
~~~~~ not remove or rename any of the files comprising the EnVision
Publisher. (Such an action also constitutes a severe violation of our
copyright).
Disk 1 should contain these files:
----------------------------------
__DISK__.1
READ-ME
GO.BAT
READ-ME.BAT
EVP200A.EXE
INSTALL.EXE
Disk 2 should contain these files:
----------------------------------
__DISK__.2
READ-ME
GO.BAT
READ-ME.BAT
EVP200B.EXE
...........................
IMPORTANT: Below are listed the contents of the 2 self-extracting files on
--------- the disks. Please note that the contents of these files MUST be
as listed below, and the names of the two self-extracting files
must be EVP200A.EXE and EVP200B.EXE respectively, otherwise
the INSTALL program will not be able to install properly. (To
see the contents of these two files, copy each one in a separate
subdirectory, and run it -- it will self-extract).
Optionally, you may copy all the files on disks 1 and 2 to a single
(3.5" or high-density 5.25") diskette. As long as the files are
left unchanged, the INSTALL program will still work.
Note: we used LHA 2.13 to compress the files.
